Before You Subscribe
Can I subscribe to both services?
Yes, and you don't need a second account. Subscribe to one, then come back and subscribe to the other using the same email — both land under one account with one API key, and each service keeps its own monthly allowance.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. Checkout is the sign-up. Stripe collects your email, and your account and API key are created the moment payment succeeds.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Requests return a clear "quota exceeded" response rather than silently failing or charging you overage. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for — there's no early-termination fee.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations and documents are used only to serve your own requests. Given the regulated environments our clients work in, this is not something we treat as negotiable.
Do you handle procurement or invoicing for government contracts?
Yes — annual terms, purchase orders and contract vehicles are handled outside this page. Get in touch and we'll work to your procurement process.
